Arabis variegata is a versatile, ground-covering, evergreen perennial which bears masses of beautiful, pure white flowers held in clusters high above the foliage. Grown for its stunning leaves, Rock Cress offers splashes of creamy-white in the center of small mid-green leaves and have attractive, bold creamy-white margins. During the winter, Arabis' foliage fades with a wonderful purplish to maroon cast offering year-round appeal. Rock Cress is easy to grow and tolerant of harsh conditions, including adapting to a wide range of soil types.

Alpine rockcress is drought tolerant but does not like extreme heat. Trim after flowering to keep tidy. Lovely draped over a low wall.
